Developing talent is a key long-term strategy for London Pulse. The most important aspect of their role is to nurture and develop the talent performance pathway, for young Londoners. London Pulse will support England’s Pathway and High Performance Programme for athletes. The U21, U19 and U17 squads sit just below their Superleague squad on their Performance Pathway. They are committed to finding and developing new talent within the London Boroughs, creating a clear route from grassroots to elite performance.
