New Cambell netball club was founded in 1959 and was built to the successful club it is now by Alice Hallmark (Pat Watsons Mum) & Rita Shea.

Over the years we have had many players represent England Netball at all age groups. This is something we are very proud of.



We are proud holders of the England Netball Association’s own Bronze Caps Award and working towards our Silver Caps level. This award recognises New Cambell Netball Club as being committed to providing a safe, effective and child friendly environment in the promotion of excellence in netball.

New Cambell Netball Club is based at Dagenham Park School, School Road, Dagenham, Essex and attracts players from all over Essex. We are affiliated to the England Netball Association and compete in the following leagues:


England Netball Premier League Div 1
London and South-East Region Senior League Div 1
Essex Met Senior Saturday Winter League (8 Teams)
Essex Met Midweek Summer League
Essex Met Junior Saturday Winter League (4 Teams)
Basildon Mid Week Senior League

New players of all ages and abilities are welcome to join us. The Club caters for girls aged 6 through to Senior level. This includes coaching, umpiring and competitive games for our U10′s right through to the first team.

Training
Netball Training Sessions for our junior sides are held Tuesday evenings.
6.30pm – 8.00pm

Netball Sessions for our Senior Section are held on Wednesday evenings:
Met Teams (Whites – Purples) 7.00pm – 8.30pm
Met Teams (Greens & Blues), Premier Squad & Regional Squad 8.30pm – 10.00pm
